MISSION

We have dedicated equipment for accelerated aging experiments, used to evaluate the long-term stability and reliability of electrodes, implants, and related devices. Controlled aging conditions allow us to reproduce, in a shortened timeframe, the effects of prolonged use or storage. This approach is essential to validate materials, packaging choices, and fabrication processes while significantly reducing development and testing time.

Accelerated aging supports early detection of potential failure modes, helps compare design or material options, and provides confidence in device durability before moving to longer-term studies.

In parallel, we have dedicated packaging capabilities for medical and research devices. This includes equipment for sealing sterilization pouches, as well as vacuum sealing performed directly in a cleanroom environment. These capabilities allow us to protect sensitive components, ensure packaging integrity, and prepare devices under controlled, contamination-free conditions—an essential step before storage, testing, or downstream sterilization.
