3D printing
Description
Our SLA 3D printer, the Formlabs Form 3+, is a versatile tool for high-precision fabrication and prototyping. Based on stereolithography (SLA) technology, it uses a laser to polymerize liquid resin layer by layer, producing parts with fine details, smooth surfaces, and excellent dimensional accuracy.
The printer offers a compact yet practical build volume, well suited for rapid prototyping and small to medium-sized parts. With high XY resolution and a finely focused laser spot, it enables the production of intricate geometries, sharp edges, and delicate features that are difficult to achieve with other 3D printing technologies.
One of the key strengths of the Form 3+ is its wide range of available materials. A broad portfolio of resins is available, including rigid, flexible, and biocompatible materials, as well as specialized resins for engineering, medical, and functional applications. This material diversity allows us to select the most appropriate resin for each project, whether the goal is mechanical performance, flexibility, biocompatibility, or visual realism.
This makes the printer particularly valuable for prototyping, mold fabrication, and the production of realistic mock-ups and functional parts. It is used to quickly test designs, validate form and fit, create custom tooling or molds, and produce high-quality models for demonstration or evaluation. Thanks to its precision and material versatility, the Form 3+ is an essential asset for accelerating development cycles and exploring a wide range of applications.
